Authentic Relating: Discovering Your Boundaries
Details
Are you ready to explore what your yes, no, and maybe actually feel like—and practice expressing them in real time with others? If so, please join us for “Authentic Relating: Discovering Your Boundaries”.
Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of bringing our truth into connection with others. One of the most essential—and often challenging—parts of that practice is understanding and honoring our boundaries.
Boundaries aren’t just about saying “no.” They’re about tuning into what’s true for you in the moment, recognizing your needs, desires, and limits, and expressing them in a way that creates more clarity, connection, and self-trust.
In this session, we’ll explore boundaries through a mix of interactive exercises—some more somatic (body-based), some more verbal, and some relational. You’ll have the opportunity to notice your internal signals, experiment with expressing your yes and no, and experience what it’s like to honor yourself while staying in connection with others.
