Authentic Relating - Improv Game Night!
Details
Join us for a playful, improv-inspired Authentic Relating session where we explore connection in a more spontaneous, lighthearted way.
We’ll be using simple, interactive games to help us loosen up, get out of our heads and into the moment, and see what happens when we stop trying to get it “right.”
This is a space where you don’t have to censor yourself or carefully choose every word. Instead, you’re invited to trust that your ideas and responses are enough, just as they are. In a nonjudgmental, welcoming environment, we’ll practice showing up more freely—letting things be a little messy, a little imperfect, and a lot more real.
Expect some laughter, a little awkwardness, and moments that might surprise you. You don’t need to be funny or have any improv experience—just come as you are and be open to trying something new. Underneath the play, we’ll be practicing something simple but powerful: noticing what’s actually true for you and sharing that in real time with others.
