Are you ready to explore the practice of authentic relating and make new friends in the process? If so, please join us for Authentic Relating: Felt Sense of Safety

In this workshop, we will examine how our nervous system state shapes what we perceive, how we behave, and our capacity for connection, healing, and higher functioning.

Drawing on Polyvagal Theory insights from neuroscientist Dr. Stephen Porges and Dr. Peter Levine, we’ll learn about and explore what it feels like to touch on different nervous system states (i.e. safe and open, flight or flight, freeze or fawn), and how we can regulate ourselves and co-regulate with one another.

WHEN?
Tuesday, October 13th. 6:30 - 8:30 PM

WHERE?
East Denver Vineyard Church. 1580 N Gaylord St, Denver, CO 80206
(Enter through the side entrance on the north side on 16th Street)
