What we’re about
AuthenticLife intends to offer opportunities for people to gather for connection (and build community) through activities aimed to help build self-awareness/mindfulness, strengthen their relational skills, and engage in embodiment practices.
The global mission is to strengthen connection with self and others and increase social and emotional well-being. Adjacent to this, is the desire to foster a sense of community around these practices.
Some events will be paid events, some by donation, and some free (e.g. picnics)
You will find a variety of activities here, including:
- Mindfulness/meditation practices
- Yoga
- Authentic Relating Games
- Circling
- T-Group
- Ecstatic dance
- Guided movement
- Silent Discos (dancing through the streets with earphones ;) )
- Picnics, potlucks, etc.
Read each event description to know more.
