What we’re about

Website: Http://AutisticPsychedelic.com

The Autistic Psychedelic Community is a collaborative peer support and co-learning network focused on the intersection of psychedelics and neurodivergent conditions such as autism, Asperger's, and ADHD. Founded in the spring of 2020, the APC presently offers weekly Sunday Zoom meetings, always-open member chat channels, and streamlined access to opportunities to participate in the latest clinical trials and academic surveys. For more information about meetings and special events, or to read our most recently published anthology of community-curated psychedelic healing stories, please visit www.AutisticPsychedelic.com

Our community comes together each week to discuss experiences with psychedelics as well as the general challenges and joys of deepening our understandings of autism, asperger’s, adhd, and other unique lenses. Meetings are formatted as a round table, group discussion format with participation encouraged but not required.

This is a neurodiversity-minded meeting space, with topics typically centered around ND voices. Caretakers and professionals are welcome to attend and engage in cross dialogue with our community members. We just ask that everyone refrain from solicitation of services and remain open and supportive as we share about experiences, exchange resources, and ask one another questions in service to the wellness of the community :)

If you'd like to join us as a speaker or special guest, please email info@autisticpsychedelic.com

ABOUT THE AUTISTIC PSYCHEDELIC COMMUNITY

The APC was founded in the spring of 2020 with the intention of filling a gap in psychedelic integration needs as well as the more general need for building cross-disciplinary and cross-neurotype bridges between professional service persons, caretakers, and those impacted by these particular neurological variations.

Since our founding, we have expanded to host special guest interviews, panel discussions, and Keynotes presentations. We are also presently in the process of partnering with various academic institutions in an effort to develop firm foundations upon which expanded and equitable access can be built.

We have a $5 suggested donation for our meetings. Attendees are also encouraged to visit AutisticPsychedelic.com to directly purchase the book/audiobook edition of our latest anthology of psychedelic stories.
