What we’re about
Our goal is to connect, relax and practice simple tools together to enhance our wellbeing & reduce stress.
Everyone is welcome here, stress contributes to over 90% of all doctors visits so whether you have autoimmune disease or would just like to benefit from the relaxation exercises, we are happy to have you!
We meet online and during each session we will learn about and practice a different guided exercise including breath-work, deep relaxation (sivasana), storytelling, mindfulness, journalling, meditation, self massage, EFT, gentle yoga and more.We will choose a well-being topic to learn, focus on or discuss & I’ll be happy to follow people’s preferences, cast votes etc.
We will enjoy meeting like-minds and people who may understand the ups & downs of living with autoimmune.We aim to bond, share and offer an entirely judgement- free space for each individual to show up however they are feeling that day.Whether you want to participate or just watch, contribute or just listen, whatever’s available, we get it - we’ve got you!
