I will present a short talk, guide you through some deep relaxing breath-work stimulating our parasympathetic nervous system or โ€˜rest & digestโ€™ to relieve tension & promote healing, digestion & healthy sleep.

Bring a cup of tea, light a candle, sit or lie on a yoga mat if thatโ€™s comfortable for you, bring a cushion or blanket, have a pen & paper nearby โ€ฆOR sit on the sofa, lie on your bed and bring nothing at all. Itโ€™s not needed, nooooo stress ๐Ÿ‘Œ
