Feel the Power of Yi Jin JIng QIgong
Details
What if the tension we feel in our bodies was really trapped life-force energy — an untapped power that we can learn to release and direct to build strength and vitality?
This free online event with Qigong master Faye Li Yip, “Feel” the Power of Yi Jin Jing Qigong: An Ancient & Timeless Practice to Build Your Inner Strength, Awaken Energy & Relieve Pain…
… explores how the tendon-building Qigong practice, Yi Jin Jing, can help us transform tension — and the pain and stiffness that often goes along with it into a new source of energy that nourishes and strengthens the body from the inside out.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qigong theory, tendons are viewed as Qi pathways — more subtle and energetically sensitive than muscle groups. The 12 sequences of Yin Jin Jing Qigong cultivate internal power
Master Faye will guide us in two Yi Jin Jing movements during her event — both illustrating how inner power is activated when breath and intention guide movement to heighten energy flow, release tension, stress, and pain…
… and strengthen internal structure from the inside out — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
