Discover a Gentle, Somatic Path to Soften Loss & Emerge Lighter, More Open, and Alive
Grief isn’t something to get over — it’s asking to be felt, held, and tenderly integrated into who you are becoming…
Learn to recognize grief woven into the subtle layers of your life — and participate in a gentle, embodied practice to soften emotional heaviness and restore calm.
Have you moved through loss in your life and noticed how heavy you feel?
It quietly changed the way you show up, in your relationships, your work, or your ability to function — often without fully realizing why.
For empaths and highly sensitive people, grief doesn’t always look like sadness. . It shows up as numbness,, exhaustion, anxiety, or a subtle pulling inward that you can’t quite explain, says Heidi Dellaire, bodyworker and Ayurvedic practitioner.
Join her for a transformative free event to explore how you may be carrying grief that hasn’t been named or healed. Register in advance HERE.
She’ll discuss how grief often goes unrecognized, not because it’s absent, but because it’s woven into the subtle layers of life — and not just from loss of a loved one! You may be feeling grief from lost identity, fading purpose, broken relationships, transitions in health, or simply the quiet ache of becoming someone new.
In this illuminating new workshop, you’ll:
- Understand that grief isn’t always about death, and that empaths especially grieve many kinds of loss, including identity, purpose, boundaries, and more
- Explore why you feel drained, anxious, or numb and discover tools to begin releasing it — by learning how grief lives in the body and nervous system, not just the mind
- Restore emotional clarity and boundaries by learning how to recognize and release what isn’t yours — discovering how sensitives often carry grief that’s collective, inherited, or absorbed
- Create space for real integration by reframing the healing process — receiving permission that you don’t have to rush healing and that slowness is a strength, especially for empaths who’ve felt pressured to “move on”
- Experience “The Grief Behind the Breath,” Heidi’s somatic awareness practice, where you’ll observe where your breath feels stuck or shallow, explore what it’s trying to protect you from, and gently name the personal and collective grief you’ve been carrying — offering immediate connection to embodied emotion, nervous system softening, and a sense of calm and clarity

I’ve been working with Heidi for over 5 years because she never fails to help me reduce stress and rebalance. Heidi seems to intuitively know what I need, and when. I can’t tell you how many times I have been over-extended and feeling a little burned out when Heidi will reach out to check in. She is compassionate and kind, but always a straight shooter and helps you hold yourself accountable.
