Join us for a gentle, heart-centered afternoon as we close out the year together.

We’ll begin with a calming guided meditation to help us settle into stillness and presence, followed by a spacious, soulful group discussion designed to foster reflection, connection, and community.

In the spirit of winter—a season of quiet wisdom, deep rest, and inner renewal—we’ll explore thoughtful questions about what this year has taught us, what we’re ready to release, and which seeds of intention are beginning to take shape for the year ahead. This will be a warm, supportive space where you can share as much or as little as feels right.
Whether you’ve been part of the group all year or you’re joining for the first time, this gathering is meant to nourish the heart, honor the season, and help you feel grounded and connected as we move into a new chapter.

All are welcome. Bring your curiosity, your softness, and your presence.

Some questions you may journal upon before our gathering:

  • What is a spiritual insight you’ve had this year, even if it came in a simple or ordinary moment?
  • Is there a challenge from this year that softened or strengthened you in an unexpected way?
  • What does belonging mean to you at this stage of your life?
  • If winter represents seed-time, what small seed of intention feels right for this next season of your life?
  • What kind of community do you want to cultivate for yourself in the coming year?

Cost: Suggested donation $10-20. Venmo @andreakaywoods or cash.
