Mindfulness with the Meadow
Details
A Monthly Nature Gathering at Conestee Nature Preserve
If you've ever felt more at peace in the woods than in a church, more yourself on a trail than in a meeting room, or simply long for a reason to slow down and actually be outside โ this gathering is for you.
Once a month, we meet at the edge of Henderson Meadow at Conestee Nature Preserve for 90 minutes of guided mindfulness, sacred wandering, and quiet community connection. No meditation experience needed. No particular belief system required. Just you, the land, and a little permission to breathe.
What we do together:
We arrive, settle in, and ground ourselves with a simple land acknowledgment and mindfulness practice. Then we disperse into the preserve for 30 minutes of unstructured wandering โ not a hike, but an invitation to slow down and let the natural world meet you where you are. A drum call brings us back together to share what arose, and we close with song.
Each month carries its own theme, drawn from the season or something worth exploring together.
