Breath and body awareness, sitting/walking meditation, deep relaxation, and present moment awareness, while inspired by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, are universal practices providing inspiration and stability to people of all faiths and spiritual traditions.

Experience a vibrant, supportive community to enliven and support awakening, and strengthen ability to sustain practice through daily challenges. Learn practices, readings and poetry to inspire, and space to share experiences and insights thru experiential sessions. Individual and collective awakening brings insight and understanding to complex issues. Together, we tap into infinite intelligence and freedom of the awakened mind.

Vickie is a pilgrim on the spiritual path of every day life, rooted in Christian, Buddhist and yogic communities, walking an inter-spiritual path honoring all traditions. Vickie integrates embodied awareness, breath and spirituality to bring healing and wholeness. She teaches the “art of slowing down and listening deeply” to ourselves, to each other, to our planet, and the Great Mystery that holds all. She builds bridges between traditions and creates new spiritual communities beyond the confines of religion. With an inter-spiritual heart that sees beyond the surface, Vickie invites others into that intimate space of communion with the wisdom and knowledge at the heart of all the great spiritual traditions.
