    Reiki means "Universal Life Force." It's been used as a healing modality since the mid 1800s. In yoga, we call this lifeforce "prana" and cultivate our awareness of how it moves throughout the physical and subtle body. Similarly, we engage these reiki symbols to channel and focus lifeforce for our own healing and wellbeing.

    In this class we will be introduced to/play with with the second reiki symbol: Sei He Ki, and become more familiar with its energy during the remaining Restorative Yoga practices on Friday mornings through April.

    Can you feel the energy behind the symbol? How does it enhance your yoga practice, your well-being?

    About Restorative Yoga:

    Accessible to most--standing or rooted with the back to the ground--there are plenty of gentle opportunities to enter into that happy, body-melting love state we call "the yoga glow." Using Earth energy to release, ground, and be cradled--you'll enjoy a wonderful day and weekend ahead.

    We open with ceremony designed to help you relax and center yourself. After group discussion, the Shamans offer a variety of Shamanic healing modalities and exercises centered around healing and sacred circle.
    Unconditional Love and Acceptance is our core teaching and the foundation of all our offerings. We practice ancient, time-tested healing methods. The space created is sacred, respectful, open and encouraging. This is an excellent place for connecting with elf and others. Together, as a community, we can learn, grow, heal, share and experience personal transformation.

    This is an open community event where we support each other on our spiritual path. Shamanism is not a religion; it is a spiritual practice and a way of living regardless of your background. There are no prerequisites for participating.

  • Sound Bath Meditation

    42 Senator Reynolds Rd

    Join us for this restorative sound bath. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the quartz crystal bowls, shamanic drum, Native American flute and other instruments. The vibration of these sounds help in relieving stuck energies, stress and anxiety, while promoting a deep sense of peace. Bring a friend along and share the benefit of these healing vibrations.

    Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow for comfort.

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get situated. If you haven't been here before please allow more time to get here. People tend to get lost.

    Suggested donation range $10 - 30. No one will be turned away.
