## Meaningful Conversations About Love, Connection, and Being Human

Sunday mornings 10-11:30am MT once a month!

### Relationships shape the quality of our lives.

And yet many of us spend surprisingly little time exploring them with other thoughtful people.
The Relationship Salon is a free monthly gathering for people who are curious about connection, intimacy, communication, personal growth, and the art of building relationships that actually work.

Each gathering centers around a single topic, question, or theme and includes guided conversation, reflection, and connection with others.

This is not therapy.
It’s not a lecture.
It’s not a workshop.

It’s a space to slow down, become more present, and explore what it means to be human in relationship.
Whether you’re partnered, single, married, divorced, dating, or simply interested in understanding yourself and others more deeply, you’re welcome here.

## What To Expect

Each salon includes:

  • A short opening reflection from Sarah
  • Guided discussion around a central theme
  • Opportunities for small-group or partner conversations
  • Practical insights you can bring back into your relationships
  • A welcoming community of thoughtful humans

No prior experience is needed.
No pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
Just come as you are.

## Upcoming Topic: Can We Allow Ourselves to Need One Another Without Losing Ourselves?

We like to think of ourselves as independent, capable people. We want to stand on our own two feet, take responsibility for our happiness, and not depend too heavily on anyone else.
But we’re also wired for connection. We need companionship, affection, support, and the experience of knowing someone is there for us.
So where does healthy independence end and emotional isolation begin?
And when does loving someone deeply become losing ourselves in the relationship?

Can we let another person truly matter to us without giving up our freedom to be ourselves?

Together we’ll explore:

  • Why needing someone can feel like a threat to our independence
  • The difference between healthy interdependence and losing ourselves in relationship
  • How self-sufficiency can sometimes become a barrier to intimacy
  • What happens when the people we depend on disappoint us
  • How to honor our own needs while respecting another person’s freedom
  • Whether we can remain connected even when we can’t give each other what we want

Perhaps the deepest form of connection isn’t about needing each other less, but learning how to need each other without losing ourselves along the way.
