Thursday, July 2 · 5:00 – 6:30pm
Video call link: https://meet.google.com/row-uwps-vvkWhy do I keep reacting so strongly? Understanding patterns, triggers and emotional reactions through Past Reality Integration (PRI)
Attendance is relaxed, come or go as you like/need no need to attend all the sessions or stay for the entire duration.
No pressure to share, some people will be keeping their camera off and just listening and that's fine too.
The group logistical description:
It’ll be a free, virtual psychoeducation group starting next Thursday 7/2 from 5-6:30pm MST.
For 6 consecutive Thursdays at the same time all virtual.
It’s a model that is widely used at Boulder Emotional Wellness for the internship and people have learned so much from it. It helps give structure to sessions and is a great framework to exploring our own or others' coping strategies and origins.
Boulder Emotional Wellness pairs this approach with family and couples counseling too and it seems to work as a dynamic duo for navigating relationships.
Anyone who is interested is most welcome to join!

Meaningful Conversations
CTSL Church Fellowship Hall, 506 Via Appia, Louisville, CO, USIt's time to shine and share your light with others!
WHAT: We'll sit together in small groups and each choose a discussion question. Then everyone can answer the question, or pass. After a while, we'll get up and meet new people.
WHY: Connection is great for improving relationships, health, and even creative problem solving!
HOW: We listen attentively without interrupting. We may ask a question to deepen the connection, but we share the talk time so everyone is heard. We show up with open minds and hearts, with the intention to understand. Occasionally we may agree to disagree, respectfully acknowledging that our differences enrich us, and we may even learn something new!
WELCOME: This group welcomes diversity. It is inclusive, empathetic, and friendly to adults who are: BIPOC, all abilities, ethnicities, religions, LGBTQ+, or other identities, as long as you're kind and compassionate.
