- AZ Open Forum: Paradigm ShiftsLink visible for attendees
A paradigm can be simply defined as a set of beliefs that shape the
way you view the world and how it works. It is the assumed rules and
understandings that define how you shape your beliefs, values,
motivations, goals, relationships.A paradigm shift occurs when something happens to put all those
assumptions in question. It can happen over time or quite suddenly.
It can feel wonderful, expansive, open you to new possibilities,
increased psychic awareness, mystical experiences, seeing the world in
radically different ways. Or it can feel confusing and isolating, as
old traumas become reactivated and old relationships, ideas, and
feelings of meaning fall away.It is good to know we are not alone. Please join us as we create a
safe and supportive space to discuss how these types of shifts can
happen at both a personal, and global, level. And consider these
questions:-Have you had an ‘awakening’ experience that forced you to look at
life in a new way? What caused it? Did it leave you feeling
supported or lost?
-How can communities, like Awkwardly Zen, support their members as
they navigate these new understandings?
-How are these shifts showing up in the world? In science? In culture? This is a free event that takes place on the third Saturday of every month.

- AZ Special Event: Psychic Development PracticeLink visible for attendees
We are so excited to partner with Kendara Laurel of Sunflower Wisdom (https://www.kendaralaurel.com/) and the Introduction to Metaphysics Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/Denver-Introduction-to-Metaphysics-Meetup/) for this monthly event to help you develop your psychic abilities.
Kendara has been honing her skill for over 40 years and has helped countless spiritual students work through blocks, trust their abilities, and grow their skills.
These events will entail some of Kendara's brilliant insights and experience and a hands-on (maybe mind-on is a better term) workshop setting where we can all practice our abilities. Kendara and AZ believe that everyone has the capability to be psychic. It is just opening your mind to the possibility and learning to trust. It doesn't hurt to have a mentor who can help with guidance too.

- Network event2 attendees from 20 groups hostingAZ Special Event: Introvert Friendly Zen ZoomLink visible for attendees
Hello to our Introverted Awkwardly Zen Members,
We know that it can be challenging to be a part of an online conversation when you may want a bit more time and space to think things through or a calm way to share your questions without being put on the spot. So, we're working on creating a space just for you and the many other people who want the same thing.
Zen Zooms are an open conversation about spirituality and in this one we've invited AZ Partners & sweet calm souls, Laurie Hewitt and Tim Behrens, to moderate and bring in a softer pace and a few specific guidelines to create an environment that feels comfortable for those who may find the other Zen Zooms to be overwhelming.
You can participate (or not) in whatever way feels best to you. Whether that be in the chat or in conversation in the main room and we'll be adding a new feature for this event where you can send in your questions or topics you'd like to cover ahead of time by emailing support@awkwardlyzen.com with the Subject Line: Introvert Event and Laurie and Tim will do there best to pull these into the conversation.
In this event Laurie & Tim will open with our AZ Guidelines (You can read these ahead of time HERE ) then they will do a short grounding exercise to give everyone a chance to breathe and get ready for the event.
After that they will guide you through introductions to anyone that would like to participate in that. You can say your name, what area you are from, and few sentences about what is going on with you spiritually. (Example: I'm Ari, I'm from Denver, and spiritually right now I'm trying to channel my inner introvert to make sure I'm giving everyone all the information that may need to feel comfortable :). ) Keep in mind there is no wrong answer here and you don't have to participate if you would rather not.
Then Laurie and Tim will guide the conversation from a mix of the things that were talked about in the introductions and the questions that were sent in. They'll do their best to give you a heads-up about what is coming next. They will give everyone a chance to talk at their own speed and remember, you never have to speak or come on camera if you don't want to. Just be okay with being you in whatever way feels best.
We'll also be asking for feedback after the event to ensure that we continue to improve supporting our members. We know it can challenging to find your space within a community so we're going to work on creating a safe space for you to explore your spirituality.
Please send any questions you may have or any topics or questions that you hope to get covered in the event to support@awkwardlyzen.com with the Subject Line: Introvert Event.

Using such talents as psychometry, intuition, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and others; Dana has helped many people find healing, closure and get validation using her intuition, tarot and oracle cards, Dana works with her spirit guides to get connected to the energy of the reading.Dana lives by the belief that it takes, body, mind, and spirit to be fully present and connected. With a daily meditation practice as well as weight lifting, and cardio Dana is able to incorporate many aspects of wellness. This helps her inner guidance and intuition stay sharp and focused.
