Sound of Data is one of the few companies in the world to support live TV mass interaction through Voice, SMS and digital channels. Our software and platform is used by broadcasters and TV producers in the Benelux region to support live television music competitions like x-factor, The voice, Idols or live game shows like deal or no deal . Over the years we have supported our partners with over 1000 tv broadcasts, facilitating over 200 million calls / messages. Our voice platform was end of life and we needed a new solution to handle the enormous amounts of call volume.
This talk outlines our steps to production, how we leveraged AWS to achieve our goals, Insights into the build and deploy technologies used, lessons learned, next steps.
