#### The Executive Context
Writing code has never been faster, yet engineering velocity is stalling. As enterprise codebases absorb a growing volume of AI-assisted pull requests, engineering leaders face a critical bottleneck: the Codebase Context Crisis.
From architectural drift and slow onboarding to transitive breakage in staging, this closed-door roundtable brings together a select group of CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and senior system architects to discuss production trade-offs candidly.***
#### Protocol: Strict Chatham House Rule
To ensure unfiltered engineering transparency, this session is strictly off the record:
- Non-attributable: no company or individual is tied to any shared failure mode.
- No noise: zero vendor pitches, product demos, or recruitment.
***
#### Agenda (90 Minutes)
- Academic & Research Welcome: Faculty of Computer Studies Leadership, AOU
- Global Industry Perspective: a pre-recorded address framing the modern software-context bottleneck
- Executive Peer Exchange: Architectural Drift, Blast Radius, and PR Friction
- Applied R&D Synthesis: empirical patterns from the session, feeding the forthcoming post-session Whitepaper
***
#### Who Should Apply
This roundtable is designed for:
- CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Technology
- Staff/Principal Architects running large-scale, high-concurrency systems or complex monorepo/microservice environments
