AWS Security Users Group SG - Session #13

[IN PERSON] Super excited to announce our March meetup session happening on April 16th at AWS offices in Singapore (23 Church Street, Level 9).

Check out what we have in store for this session:

1. Modern Allowlisting for Enforcing Zero Trust - Usman Zaman, Regional Product Evangelist at Carbon Black (30 minutes)
File Allowlisting provides the best possible lockdown and security at the operating system level. It provides pure zero trust and 100% protection from malware. But we don't see it being used much because of the difficultly in implementing and operating it at scale.
In this session we look at more modern "rules" based approach of enforcing allow listing rather than a traditional "static" approach.
