2. Workshop Topic:
A continuation from our modern application development workshop series! In this session, you will be learning the basics of event-driven design, choosing the right AWS service for the job, as well as optimizing for both cost and performance in this workshop session. Led by Badri Kesavan, AWS User Group Leader; this workshop provides a hands on experience which will give you the skills to bring event-driven design patterns into your own applications!

🚀 What to Expect?
PLEASE NOTE: Moving forward there will be some changes to the access process!

🔑 Access:

1. Share your email address with us when completing your registration so that you can receive a QR code in your inbox on the day of the meetup.
2. Scan your QR code at the gantry to head up to the 9th floor, where you can collect your AWS visitor pass.
3. If you somehow did not have a chance to share your email address or opt-out, you can still register at the building's reception on the first floor to get your access pass to the AWS concierge on the 10th floor and be guided to the 9th floor. You are strongly recommended to share your email address for a smooth check-in process 🙂

The meetup will be held at the AWS Dhoby Ghaut Room (09.401) while the workshop will be held next door at the Tanah Merah Room (09.402). Our friendly staff will guide you during peak hours.
