This is a new group designed to help people socialise with new people and build long lasting relationships. We aim to provide a fun, relaxed and supportive environment
In terms of the events themselves these will vary greatly. One week you could be having a coffee or lunch, in a bar or restaurant, the next on a day trip somewhere or taking part in a new activity or experience. The main thing is that we are all having fun and enjoying each other's company.
This is your group and we want to hear what you want to do. So if you have an idea for an event or want to get involved in organising events, please just contact us.
Some group rules.
There is a £5 membership fee which is payable twice a year. Please pay through Paypal and apply friends and family, otherwise paypal may take a fee. You will be messaged with instructions on how to pay the fee. Please check your meetup messages after requesting to join. The fee must be paid within 72 hours of you requesting to join the group. Thereafter, the membership fee is paid 1st April and 1st October each year.
If you RSVP to an event and then for whatever reason can no longer attend please let me know.
Please have a photo of yourself showing on your profile, just so we know who to look for at the events.
