1st Birthday Meal

I have looked at a couple of local venues, and the best option of an exclusive room and set menu is at the Fox and Willow in Ayr. Unfortunately, they have an evening booking, which means I have had to bring the timings forward, so it will now be a lunch.

With my donation, the cost for the 2 courses will be £23 and for 3 courses £30. At this stage, I require a £10 deposit from everyone, which is non refundable. Please send the deposit through Paypal as usual using my email shonahollow@aol.com by next Friday, 8th March 2024.

This time last year, I started thinking about setting up this wee group. Finally, in April, I took the plunge and organised our first cuppa meetup for May. Unbelievably and all down to you guys, it's turned into a lovely group with different activities happening all the time. Our numbers are growing too.
As the first year approaches, I want to celebrate with you, have a meal, one or two sherbets and a good old natter!! At this stage, I'm looking for numbers so I can approach somewhere for us to have possibly a private room and a set menu. The restaurant/bar will be in Ayr or Prestwick on Saturday, 18th May. I thought arrive from 3pm with meal around 4pm. Would be grateful if you are coming to RSVP by 16 February. This will allow me to contact venues. I will come back to you with a price for the meal once the venue is confirmed. Hopefully, you can all come.
