Requirements: All terrain, mud or hybrid tires, no street tires, recovery points front and rear, means to air up, GMRS radio and enough food and water for everyone in your rig

(Trails Offroad Description) The trail can be a challenge for stock 4x4s because of the loose steep climb along the ledge road. Even experienced drivers will be challenged on this route. But the rewards are when you get to the top and can see for miles in all directions. Once on top, tall ponderosa pines provide some much-needed shade during summer months.

Summary
The trail does have some off-camber washouts, caution should be taken to prevent loss of traction or high centering.There are a couple of steep climbs and a rocky ledge to navigate.
