Staying Local at BR in the morning!

The mornings are nice for now so let's ride if you're staying local! This is one of my fav routes that some of you may have done with me in the past. We work our way out to and around most of Granite Mtn, then up to the old burn scar. Interested in seeing what it looks like now! Really cool and fun route with lots of downhill action. About 17 miles round trip. Solid intermediate riders only. FIP at 6am.
WAIVER, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

I hereby waive, release and discharge the Meetup group AZ Mountain Biking (AZMB) and its officers, ride leaders, volunteers, employees, organizers, sponsors, members, and ride participants from any and all claims for personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from my participation in any AZMB event.
I acknowledge that mountain biking is a high-risk sport. I realize there are certain dangers inherent in the sport of mountain biking, and I assume these risks with the full understanding that injuries may result from my participation in any AZMB event.
I intend this release to discharge the above-named from any and all liability arising from or connected in any way with my participation in any event, even though that liability may result from the negligence or carelessness of the above named .
I certify that my bicycle is suitable for safe use in all events, that I am in good physical condition, and that I am able to complete the event. I agree to wear a bicycle helmet properly adjusted and fastened.
I have read this waiver and release and fully understand its terms and agree that it shall be binding on my heirs and assigns. I consent to emergency care at my own expense if injured or ill.
