Abstract:

The Quality of a software system has a large impact on the operational cost and time and effort required to deliver new functionality. This presentation will introduce the topic of building high-quality software systems, particularly understanding where costs come from, and how to integrate a suite of defect detection methods to eliminate problems before they impact customers or the business.
