B’More Black Excellence is a community for Black and Brown professionals in Baltimore who are looking for real connection, not just events.
Whether you’re new to the city or have been here your whole life, this space is about building genuine relationships, expanding your network, and creating a sense of belonging.
We host a mix of social meetups, professional networking, community service, and intentional gatherings that bring people together in meaningful ways.

Join B’More Black Excellence for our first Golden Hour Gathering, a relaxed BYOF sundown picnic at Patterson Park created for connection, conversation, and community.
This gathering is for Black professionals, creatives, educators, entrepreneurs, leaders, and community minded people who want to meet new people, build real connections, and enjoy an evening of Black joy in one of Baltimore’s most beloved parks.
Bring your own food, drink, blanket, and good energy. We will provide the space, the vibe, conversation prompts, music, and a chance to connect with people who are building, growing, and creating in Baltimore.
This is not a formal networking event. It is an intentional community gathering where you can come as yourself, meet good people, and enjoy the sunset.## What to Bring
Bring your own food, drink, picnic blanket, portable chair, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable. You are welcome to bring snacks to share, but it is not required.
Please also bring a small trash bag so we can leave the park better than we found it.## Who This Is For
This gathering is for people who value community, culture, leadership, creativity, and meaningful connection. Whether you are new to Baltimore, building your career, growing a business, working in education, creating art, or simply looking for aligned community, you are welcome here.
