QueensJS is celebrating the brand new year with our 21st meetup on Wednesday, April 6th, at our usual haunt, Raven’s Head Pub in Astoria on 38th & Broadway, just around the corner from the Steinway MR stop and 7 short streets over from the Broadway NQ stop.
Your speakers for the evening are:
• Byron Hulcher (@hypirlink) wants you to be the very best with "You Teach Me and I'll Teach You (Javascript)"
• Jane Kim (@janecakemaster) will teach you to be kind to yourself with "Self-Care and Code"
• Justin Falcone (@modernserf) buys cedar chip bedding to help answer "Why is a Guinea Pig like a Microservice?"
QueensJS expects all speakers and attendees to follow the JSConf code of conduct (http://jsconf.com/codeofconduct.html).
RSVPs, due to limited seating, will cost $5. All proceeds go towards charities that work to increase code literacy among NYC youth. There are no refunds, but you are more than welcome to transfer tickets.
