The Jam is Back !!!!! So sorry for the long wait….

Again bring your instrument (or just your voice!) and enjoy an afternoon in the park for wine, cheese socializing and music!

We will be joined by active musician, Louis Matthee (of Lou Lou and the Gypsy Jivers, among others) as band leader. He has been a Gypsy Jazz instructor, soloist and rhythm expert. "Lou Lou" has performed at Iceland DjangoFest, DjangoFest Northwest, and many other concert events across the United States.

He will be leading the jam and offering some insightful instruction/tips on each tune for beginners/intermediates of Gypsy Jazz on the following tunes. To be constructive he recommends people know the tunes (changes & heads) at the least to be able to focus on execution for the most part. See the Pages section for some suggested learning aids.
