Managing Network Device Properties as Code:
Device configuration templates have simplified a lot of things for the network industry but most people are still managing their device properties (aka variables) manually which is very tedious and error prone. This talk will present a new approach to generate and manage network device properties easily using infrastructure as code principles.
Presentation 2:
LLAMA - Loss & Latency Matrix
Identifying issues on large networks can be difficult, particularly with soft failures not captured in other metrics. LLAMA aims to solve this by performing ongoing distributed testing to all corners of the network, and correlating results to identify locality of impactful problems.
Speakers:
Damien Garros is Network Reliability Engineer at Roblox where he is focusing on building and managing Roblox's Global Network through automation. Damien has been involved with the network automation community for many years and has contributed to several projects.
Daniel Martin is a Network Reliability Engineer at Dropbox where he focuses on telemetry and monitoring services.
