Whether you're a first-time parent, a seasoned caregiver, or somewhere in between — you don't have to figure it out alone. That's what Baby Lounge is for!
Our goal:
Baby Lounge exists to foster community, connection, and real support for caregivers in the earliest (and often most overwhelming) months of parenthood. We believe every caregiver deserves a village, and we're here to help you find yours 💜
Who we want to meet:
You! New parents, seasoned caregivers, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding families, grandparents, donors, recipients — if you're caring for a baby 18 months or younger, you belong here. No judgment. No agenda. No dress code. Just come as you are.
What we do:
Unlike a typical parent meetup, Baby Lounge gives you direct access to a certified IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) host for expert, real-time lactation support alongside genuine community connection.
Every week you can expect:

💬 Real conversation with people who get it
👶 Baby bonding time
🍵 Snacks & drinks (yes, really)

Baby Lounge is a program of the Northwest Mothers Milk Bank — because it takes a village, and yours meets on Wednesdays.
