St. Patrick's Day Parade (Free Event)

Saturday, March 14, 2026 — Wear your best green ☘️ and meet the group at 8:30am at Denver Union Station in front of the Pig Train Coffee! We'll grab a coffee, make introductions and walk together to a view point! Bring a small chair to sit while we wait or just stand! The Parade begins at 9:30am. The route starts at 19th and Wynkoop then proceeds down Wynkoop to 17th, south to Blake and then marches down Blake to 27th and beyond. This is one of the largest St. Patty’s parades in the country (an estimated 300,000 spectators along the 15-block route) with floats, clowns, pipe bands, Irish step dancers, military honorees, horses, stagecoaches and more. The entire parade lasts up to four hours!

Optional Refreshment...After the parade, we'll find a restaurant to enjoy some corned beef, a shamrock shake or a green beer!

Transportation and Parking...Take light rail or other public transportation to Denver Union Station. Paid parking also available in Downtown Denver parking lots or 2-hour street meters (involves parallel parking).
