About us

If you’re dealing with back pain, tightness, or recurring flare-ups, this group is designed to help you reduce pain, move better, and start building long-term resilience.

Most back pain isn’t just about weakness. It’s often driven by tension, inflammation, poor movement patterns, and how your body responds to stress.

These small-group sessions focus on helping you reduce sensitivity in tight, overworked tissues, improve breathing and nervous system control, restore comfortable movement, and build a foundation for long-term strength and resilience.

We start with simple reset-based techniques like breathing, positioning, and muscle inhibition, then progress into controlled movement that helps your body tolerate activity again without triggering flare-ups.

This is not a high-intensity workout. It’s a focused, step-by-step approach to getting your body moving in a way that actually supports recovery.

What to expect:
Small group setting (limited to 5 people)
Individual guidance and personalized movement options
A simple, repeatable routine you can use on your own
Education on how to manage and reduce the likelihood of future flare-ups

You’ll leave with a better understanding of your body and practical tools you can apply immediately.

Who this is for:
People experiencing ongoing or recurring back pain and/or tightness or stiffness
Those who experience painful flare-ups or muscle spasms from exercise or daily activity
Anyone looking to move and train without pain

Who this is not for:
If you are currently dealing with an acute injury or a severe flare-up, it’s best to wait until your symptoms have calmed down before attending. This work is most effective when your body is in a stable enough state to respond positively to movement.

Location:
Sessions are held indoors at a private training facility located right on the Carlsbad-San Marcos border, in the La Costa / San Elijo Hills area.

Free classes:
These are free classes designed to help you get started on the path to better and see if this approach is a good fit for you.

After a few sessions, most people will have a solid foundation they can continue using on their own or choose to go deeper with more personalized training.

Disclaimer:
This session is for educational and general fitness purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before undertaking any exercise regimen, or if you have any concerns or underlying conditions.
