Sunday 9AM – Back Pain Reset & Rebuild

If you’re dealing with back pain, tightness, or recurring flare-ups, this session is designed to help you reduce pain, move better, and start building long-term resilience.

Most back pain isn’t just about weakness. It’s often driven by tension, inflammation, poor movement patterns, and how your body responds to stress.

In this small-group session, we’ll focus on reducing sensitivity in tight, overworked tissues, improving breathing and nervous system control, restoring comfortable movement, and building a foundation for long-term strength and resilience.

We’ll start with simple reset-based techniques like breathing, positioning, and muscle inhibition, then progress into controlled movement that helps your body tolerate activity again without triggering flare-ups.

This is not a high-intensity workout. It’s a focused, step-by-step approach to getting your body moving in a way that actually supports recovery.
