Double Elimination Tournament
Last tournament was a successful tournament and good experience.
so we decided to run again.
You are welcome to registered for this tournament.
Maximum of players would be 24 players.

Name of place is National ballroom academy
Early registration : $90 (Before August 12)
The entrance fee is $100.
A-Registration:
Registration starts at 2:30pm .
Tournament starts at 3:00pm
2-Tournament Structure
Tournament has three stages :
1. Initial Setup:
All participants begin in the winners' bracket.
2. Losers' Bracket Entry:
If a participant loses in the winners' bracket, they are moved to the losers' bracket.
3. Elimination:
A second loss in the losers' bracket results in elimination from the tournament.
4. Advancement:
Winners from the losers' bracket can advance to the championship round to face the winner of the winners' bracket.
5. Championship:
Depending on the rules, the final match(es) may involve the winner of the losers' bracket needing to defeat the winner of the winners' bracket twice to claim the championship.
B. Tournament Rules & Policies
- Time Controls (if applicable):
- Players must make moves within a reasonable time (e.g., 2 minutes per move, or chess clock rules).
- Excessive delays may result in a warning or forfeit.
C. Disputes & Sportsmanship:
- Any disputes should be resolved by the tournament director.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct (e.g., stalling, rude behavior) may lead to disqualification.
D. Prizes :
- 16 and more players %70 goes to prize pool and %30 goes to house
-Less than 16 players %65 goes to prize pool and %35 goes to house.
- Prizes are distributed to the top three finishers (e.g., 1st, 2nd, 3rd).
- Final Payout structure should be announced before the tournament begins.

Collected money : $1600
Prize pool : $1120
