This month we're rolling back over into weird territory, with one of my favorite "Bad" movies: the 1993 cult-classic, Freaked!

Plot: Once a smug former child star, Ricky Coogin (Alex Winter) is now the unfortunate face of a shady megacorporation pushing questionable products in South America. But when Ricky and his misfit companions — the endlessly weird Ernie and idealistic Julie — take a wrong turn, they find themselves at a derelict roadside freak show run by the mad scientist/showman Elijah C. Skuggs (Randy Quaid). Skuggs doesn’t just run the show — he makes it. Using a volatile chemical blend and a flair for the grotesque, he transforms poor Ricky and friends into full-blown human oddities, adding them to his gallery of bizarre attractions. Now a half-man, half-monster freak, Ricky will have to plan his escape alongside a stacked cast of other mutated victims, including Keanu Reeves, Mr. T, and Bobcat Goldthwait. Will they be able to make it out alive? Hold onto your genes!

Outside food is allowed in the brewery/screening room, but be sure to grab a drink! The event is free and supporting the bar ensures we can keep it that way! Wild East Brewing has tons of great craft beers, but also offers wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options like Soda and NA Beers, so grab a drink and enjoy the movie!

I'll have a clipshow playing at 8:00pm, with the movie starting about 20 minutes later. Seating is first come first served.
