It's a vanity pic about a cop who's out for revenge, by a badass southern gentlemen who can sing country and pay women to touch him. It took me forever to get a copy of this infamous bad movie... apparently some people have been sharing around a DVD but now it's a downloadable file because of COURSE you will want your own copy.
