PARKING can be an issue. First, try the parking garage in my apartment complex (turn left after you enter the complex). There are usually a few guest spots right inside the entrance. There are also various outdoor spots labeled "Guest". Second, try the small shopping plaza at 1160 N Fair Oaks, which is about a 10-15 minute walk north of my apartment. The walk may be easier than finding street parking.
