In this engaging session, titled "Finding Balance," we'll explore practical strategies to navigate stress and cultivate a more harmonious existence, both personally and professionally.WHY ATTEND?
You want to be your best self every day, yet something keeps getting in the way. Your “overflowing plate” does not allow you to be present in conversations and it’s hard for you to stand in your values. You want to show up empathetically with your family, your teams, and your organization, but often you are hijacked with your own emotions and stress. Is this you? If you experience this, you need to find your balance.
What if I told you - that you have the power to respond to stress in a more generative way? Managing stress is not about being able to control where the stress comes from, but from your ability to respond to it better.
It starts with being aware of what you are experiencing, acknowledging what needs to change, and taking action towards the person you want to become. Building a life where you feel balanced takes intention, and practice and comes down to the ritualistic habits you build in your daily life. Join us for this reflective conversation where you can walk away with insights to bring yourself back in balance, no matter what life throws at you!
TAKEAWAYS:
- Understanding Stress: Gain insights into the nature of stress, its origins, and the different types we encounter, enabling you to better recognize and manage its impact.
