If you'd like to be guided step-by-step to start making your own sourdough bread at home, you've come to the right place!
I'd be happy to share with you my method (simple and effective), my "Antoine" sourdough starter, and all the tips to easily succeed with your bread.
I offer A 1.5-hour workshop, in a small group, to learn how to make tasty and healthy bread

You'll get to see and understand how each of the 5 steps is carried out:
1. Refresh -> 2. Mix -> 3. Fold -> 4. Shape -> 5. Bake -
You'll get a clear picture of the entire process (from the hands-on techniques to the necessary resting periods), plus helpful tips to ensure success at every step.

I'll give you a handy booklet that summarizes everything, and you can take notes in it during the workshop.

We'll enjoy together a loaf of bread that we baked together.
You will leave with:
✔ The ingredients to make your first bread at home: starter, 500g of organic flour, a baker's horn
