REIKI COURSE OVERVIEW The most important principle engaged in class practice and discussion is the existence of life force energy. This course provides each student with the Reiki 1 attunement, a special process experienced within class to attain individual connectivity to the Reiki energy source. The curriculum covered provides and focuses on the history of Reiki, anatomy of the Chakras, the basic hand positions, different uses for Reiki, self care and preparation, energy centering exercise, healing preparation, Reiki session format and more. The class combines lecture, discussion and practice time. You will be attuned as a Reiki 1 practitioner and during class you be be afforded an opportunity to practice giving and receiving a Reiki treatment. Upon completion of the course you will be empowered to use Reiki energy on yourself and others! You will receive a Reiki 1 manual and certificate.
