Banbury Insight Meditation Group

This event will be held at my home either on chairs or cushions on the floor so what ever your health you can be accomdated to be comfortable. I am also open to finding a person who has a more suitable space to sit in circle together. if this is you them please message me and also message me about anything you have questions about from the description below.

we will sit together to centre and ground and come to a point of stillness so we can deepen our presence and awareness. We will be encouraged to allow a kind of dreamscape exploration where I use my Shamanic initiations to hold space for travel to areas on and off planet to see what we feel guided to interact with and bring in to a sharing circle after the meditation.

when we share in circle we will all listen with deep presence without the need to respond or reply. Occasionally something will come up where the person listening can ask after a moment of silence for integration if they can share something with the person who last spoke and it's fine either way or that person does or doesn't want any insight.

As a certified Life Coach I will also offer a short guidance on anything that has been shared in the sharing circle after we are complete. it's up to you to request this guidance of how to achieve or manifest something in your life. and As a Reiki practitioner I have insight not only in to goals but also what may need to be healed.
