Come as you are even if you’ve never drawn anything before.
No art skills or experience required at all :)

Just a space to play, experiment, and make bad art. No judgements at all.

What you’ll need:
📝 A sheet of paper or a drawingbook (not mandatory)
✏️ A pen or pencil or sketchpen or crayon or pencil colors... literally anything works again not mandatory at all.

We’re giving ourselves permission to let go of perfection and have fun making bad art together.

Join us for a relaxing Creative Wellness session on 3rd July Fri 3pm IST (1-hour) where we'll use simple art activities to slow down, de-stress, and reconnect with ourselves.
No artistic experience is needed, this is about the process, not the outcome. Beginners are complelty welcome.

### Nervous System Reset Through Breathwork

What we’ll do:

• Arrive and settle into the space with a gentle grounding exercise
• Connect with the body through a simple activity
• Practice guided breathwork to promote relaxation and regulation
• Reflect through journaling prompts
• Optional sharing and connection with the group

### What you may experience:

• Reduced feelings of stress and overwhelm
• Increased body awareness
• Mental clarity and focus
• A feeling of being more present and grounded

Bangalore Peeps - Take a midweek pause and join us for a relaxed colouring session at Cubbon Park.

This isn’t an Art class or a workshop, it’s a community gathering where we slow down, draw, colour, chat, and enjoy a couple of peaceful hours together. We have also planned some fun activities to make it more interesting.
