This session is an invitation to reconnect—with your inner world, your creativity, and a community of women. Through guided art activities and mindful reflection, you’ll explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space.

Come as you are, connect with yourself be inspired by the stories of other women, and leave feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected.
No artistic experience is needed. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore.
