This workshop is for people who are convinced they could never freestyle and that’s exactly why it’s so powerful. It has already run hundreds of times all around the globe, till now no one walked out as a rapper, but each time everybody left glowing and surprised by their capabilities.

Join us on a playful journey of self-discovery, using tools from the world of improvisation to connect with your “inner rapper.” Through easygoing exercises, you’ll let go of the pressure to always be clever, original or funny. When that need drops, the barriers come down and magic happens.

Learn to embrace uncertainty, boost your creativity and leave with practical tools for confidence, flexibility and self-expression. No experience in music, improv, or rap is needed; everyone can join in. Grab the mic, surprise yourself and let’s drop some nonsense that feels amazing.

Greg Kersik is a workshop leader and public speaking coach who fell in love with improv and never looked back. He combines improvisation, freestyle rap, mindfulness, ACT and CBT tools to help people break through fear, step out of their comfort zone, and discover confidence they didn’t know they had. Greg has led hundreds of workshops across festivals, companies, and communities
