The group will focus on the study of successful companies and their leaders and how those principals can be applied daily to your personal and professional life. We will study John Maxwell’s leadership principals taught at some of the most successful fortune 500 companies and various international governments, we will study how companies like Starbucks, The Ritz-Carton Hotels and Nordstrom were able to differentiate themselves by providing exceptional level of customer service and we will investigate and learn techniques used by some of the most successful sales people in the world such as Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy and Chat Holmes.
If you are serious about investing in your personal and/or professional development at fairly reasonable cost, then you need to join this group.
The groups will typically meet after work or on the weekends and they will start and finish on time. As a respect to all participants and due to intensive nature of the studies, we kindly request that you turn off all mobile devices and refrain from eating or snacking during the classroom participation. If the classes are scheduled longer than 2 hours, a light meal or snack will be provided at no additional cost. The level of your participation is voluntary but for best results, we encourage everyone to share and interact.
