Bangkok Line Dance Meetup

CHANGED TIME FOR NEW Beginner Line dance: 3 to 4:30 afternoon.

Here's our NEW BEGINNER Line Dance group. Here's your chance to try out this enjoyable activity. It's a fun way to increase your cardio activity while practising line dancing steps and moving to folk and country music.

The BEGINNER Line Dance meetup will be at 15-16:30 PM at the Urban Dance Studio (Prasarnmit Plaza) on Monday AFTERNOON every week. Dance moves are simple and easy to understand. You will have fun.

The meetups will be hosted by Bep Fleuren-Lucassen, who discovered her love of line dancing years ago in Austria, and enjoys bringing people together to share the fun.

Our gatherings are informal practice sessions
where we revisit favourite dances and move together as a group.

For our Meetups at the dance studio I'd like all participants to share in the cost (250Bht per person per session). Any surplus will be kept for 6 months and then donated to a charity of our choice.

Please remember that you do need to sign up in advance on this website every time, it will help me get our sessions streamlined.

DIRECTIONS:
From BTS and MRT take the Asoke Montri Exit. Walk north on Asoke Montri road towards Petchbury road. At the first crossing turn right and walk down the soi (Sino-Thai Building on the right corner of the crossing). On the left just before the next crossing is Prasarnmit Plaza Building (Max Value Supermarket on the left corner). Take the stairs in the center of the building to the 4th floor, step out on the roof en turn left. Take the stairs around the corner up to the Urban Dance studio.

Let's restart the season of Line Dance at the Urban Dance Studio near Asoke. We can have fun with Line Dance together.

Our REGULAR Low Intermediate Line Dance meetup at the Urban Dance Studio will restart on THURSDAY 5 NOVEMBER'26 from 10:00-11:30 AM and we'll have a regular Thursday Line Dance session every week after this.

Please remember that you do need to sign up in advance on this website every time, it will help me get our sessions streamlined.

The Thursday meetup is for the somewhat experienced, the dancers comfortable with common step patterns. The steps used in these dances are used in virtually all the dances we do.

Let's start our new season of Line Dance at the Urban Dance Studio near Asoke starts and let's have fun with Line Dance together.

Our REGULAR WEEKEND High Intermediate Line Dance meetup at the Urban Dance Studio will start on SATURDAY 7 NOVEMBER'26 from 13:00-14:30 hrs and we'll have a regular Saturday Line Dance session every week after this. We'll have afternoon sessions on 14 and 28 Nov and a morning session on 21st. For december I hope to be back on the morning schedule.
