Don't miss this festival "The pulling Buddha's relic at Wat Nang Chi", Wat Nang Chi located at the shore of Khlong Dan canal. Once a year the temple has an annual religion tradition called "Chak Phra", is to invite the Buddha's relics onto a barge decorated with beautiful flowers. Then the barge procession will sail from Khlong Dan turn left into Khlong Bangkok Yai, and enter Khlong Bangkok Noi pass Wat Kai Tia at Khlong Chak Phra before ending at Taling Chan District Office and back on the same day, after the monks had finished lunch together from the merit making of Buddhists by passing through Chao Phraya River and entering the various canals before returning to Wat Nang Chi.

The tradition is held annually on the 2nd day of the waning moon of the 12th Thai lunar month. It is a tradition that treats every year for over 200 years since the early Rattanakosin period and regarded as the only Chak Phra that has occurred in Bangkok.
We will join this festival at the beginning. Then we will take minivan to the Artist house watching the procession at the middle way on bank of the canal. After the procession passing, we will take minivan to Taling Chan Floating market. Then we also stop at Taling Chan floating market where we spend about an hour for lunch and observe lion dancing.
The cost of this festival is 490 Baht. This will pay for your guide , the minivan and gratuity for driver. Personal expenses at the market is not included.

Another fun trip out of Bangkok, this time we will take a train from Hualumpong to Nakorn prathom. We will get off at Sanamchan station. Then we will visit interesting places such as

• Nakorn Prathom youth animal zoo
  -Wat Phra Ngam or Wat Sodaputtharam is another temple with an important ancient site inside, called "Neun Wat Phra Ngam", where a large chedi from the Dvaravati period was discovered, as well as various ancient objects such as a broken stone Buddha image, a Dharmachakra Sema, a kneeling deer, a bronze Buddha image, and a clay Buddha image. The excavated ancient objects were all ancient objects from the Dvaravati period, which is the same period as the objects discovered at Phra Pathom Chedi. His Royal Highness Prince Damrong Rajanubhab explained that the temple was called Wat Phra Ngam because the clay Buddha images excavated from the temple area were extremely beautiful.

As always, please bring 400 THB for your tour guide and all transportation costs. Personal shopping isn’t included. And as with every other previous walk, we would like to ask to PLEASE leave home on time. When that should be, depends on where you live, but unless you live nearby, we suggest leaving AT LEAST an hour beforehand. The guide can wait for 5-10minutes but then the group will leave.

Kanchanaburi in west Thailand is a charming city known for its role during World War II. There are many things to do in Kanchanaburi. This time we will enjoy the full-day trip to Kanchanaburi. We are expecting to visit some of the most amazing destinations. Firstly we will stop at the Bridge on the River Kwai which missed the alliance bombing, and remains in place in Kanchanaburi as a tourist attraction and functioning railway bridge over which trains pass daily. Then we will take a scenic 1 hour train ride on the original Death Railway Path which is a horrendous part of Thailand’s history that was created by the blood and sweat of WWII prisoners of war and Asian slave laborers. After lunch we will visit the giant rain tree park. Each of the tree can be hugged by 10 people. They are over 100+ years old, the radius of the canopy about 25.87 meters, the diameter of the shade is about 51.75 meters. The greatness that comes with the spreading of branches is beautiful beyond description. . On the way back we will stop by at Meena cafe where is beautiful scenary of Wat Thamsue.
The ticket for this trip will be 1,200 THB. This will pay for your guide, the VIP van (+ driver + fuel +toll way and train fare) We will have lunch at restaurant near Saiyok waterfall. This lunch is not included in the ticket price. Other personal purchases also are not included either.
