Yummy 10-minute breakfasts from India

Details
Indian cuisine has a remarkable number of nutritious, delicious quick breakfasts, ideal for people in a hurry in the morning. Many of these are high-protein, low-carb, low glycaemic index, and require very little oil or prep time.
In this session, I will teach you yummy quick-cooking dishes that you can whip together in under 15 minutes, using healthy ingredients like quinoa, whole wheat germ, organic wheat, chick peas, and nuts. You will learn the following variations of upmas, boiled lentil sundals and dosa pancakes—
Quinoa upma
Whole wheat germ upma
Boiled chick peas sundal with fresh coconut
Quick savory dosa pancakes — with lentils, wheat, rice flour
Three unique chutneys
How to make Mysore filter coffee
I will teach you universal flavour-adding tricks using simple garnishes and ingredients, as well as tips for creatively making your own variations.
Divided into twos and threes, each group will make a single dish while others watch and learn. You will receive complete menus for each dish learned when you leave.
If you would like attend, I would request that you confirm your attendance by making a 700 baht payment either by bank-to-bank transfer or through Paypal. Once I get your RSVP, I will let you have the bank details. This is necessary to cover the cost of groceries and other arrangements that must be made in advance.
If you cancel 48 hours before the start of the event, I will of course let you have a full refund.
