My heels class is called the art of seduction because it is so much more than just a heels class, I am building a community of like minded women, who want to learn how to express their unique sensuality.

After 20+ years of studying dance and years of studying acting, burlesque, and psychology. I have created a class that combines all of these methodologies into helping women express themselves and step into their power. In this class you will be learning choreography and you will have a chance to perform and make a professional video at the end of the series. I will be teaching you how to find your unique expression of sensuality, technique from multiple styles of dance including ballet to help you dance more comfortably in heels, body movement, proper form for maximum flexibility, and how to create stage presence and character. I’m so excited to open this class here in Barcelona after years of teaching in Los Angeles.

What to bring?

I recommend everyone bring a journal because I want us to write about our experience so we can see the growth not just in our dance but in ourselves.

I also recommend bringing heels with an ankle strap so they don’t fall off when you dance. But you are welcome to learn this style of dance in any shoes you feel comfortable in, or even socks. As for what clothes to wear I recommend wearing whatever makes you feel sexiest but does not restrict movement.

Entree for the class is 7 euro paid at the entrance.
