What we’re about
This is a group about growing your business through getting your people committed and giving their best. Strategy, funding, marketing and sales come afterwards.
Every business is a people business. Except sometimes we forget. And what we see is that founders clash, employees leave, morale suffers, projects get delayed and clients' requests get ignored, sales stagnate or decline.
We want to explore how most of this can be avoided by getting the people aligned with the mission and goals and committed to getting things done. What can you do as a manager, as a CEO or a team member to have a supportive team? Even a supportive boss?
Through a series of workshops and talks in the One CoWork Community we will look into all aspects of growing companies, including defining services and products, designing marketing and executing sales. But first and foremost, we are interested in connecting these operations with the motivations, hopes and fears of the people doing it.
We do all this in the context of technology trends that shape our environment - and we help create with our companies each day.
In each session we encourage bringing your own story and experience to the table. We promise to be very practical, interactive and solution-oriented with just enough theory and framework as needed.
We want to hear from everyone! We will be inviting guest speakers from the OneWork and the Barcelona entrepreneur-community as well as international experts to share their experience. Investors, coaches, HR directors, trend analysts, software architects, retail experts and sales specialists will join our talks every 3-4 weeks.
